Instructional Manual
Inside this pamphlet lie the instructions or methods of use of FUUSH for each of its intended functional eras: 2000 - 2520 - 3000 - 5000.
Please only read the instructions for your own time period! Do not under any circumstances read future instructions as we cannot promise that they won’t hurt or traumatize you.
In the case of the time wrap and/or rift in the space-time continuum, do not panic. Find the nearest FUUSH and hope for the best.
This manual will not hurt you.
FUUSH is everywhere! It lives within the nooks and crannies of the city, ready for you and up to four of your fellow city dwellers.
Take a break! FUUSH is a great place to run away and sit down with a good book, but it’s also a great place to sit down and think of an excuse as to why you’re late to work.
Check the box! You’ll find something to flip through, get hooked on, and take home if you want to; just make sure to bring it back or replace it if you get too attached to the main character.
Bike over! Worried about losing your bike while you’re lost in your book? Good thing we designed [x] with you in mind—chain your bike to the handy bike rack.
Find FUUSH behind large structures, where the extraterrestrials can’t see. Be quick, with luck you’ll find a place for yourself.
Sure, you can read if you’ve got that kind of time. Meanwhile, FUUSH can be your hiding spot, your bunker, or your rendez-vous.
Check the box for information, sustenance and supplies. Remember, the alien overlords have surrounded the farms and markets, so rationing is key.
To our brave troops, you can park your government-issued hover-bikes in the bike racks near the bunkers, but make sure to turn on invisibility so you don’t alert the enemy.
Worn, overgrown with greenery, but still standing! FUUSH has seen you through your evolution. It may seem small, but that’s because we designed it back when humans were around a third of your size.
Have a seat on it or against FUUSH! We know you don’t need rest, or food, or anything, but you could do with some cultural reeducation.
Your ancestors all came together to restock this box, so do them a favor and pick something up. FUUSH is a great place for you to get to know where you came from.
Never mind that little shiny thing underneath the shrubbery. It’s what the last-generation humans used to call a bike.
All has gone. All has perished but the monolithic radiance of FUUSH. We welcome you to earth, please enjoy your stay.
FUUSH is your stop to learn about those that once inhabited this planet. They may have been loud, chaotic, and confused, but they had a lot of heart. In fact, the last generation of humans had 6 hearts.
The books may have withered into illegible, torn apart little things, but you can check the etchings left on the structure from the year 2020 onwards. Can you imagine the knowledge they hold?
There used to be a little rack here, but it wouldn’t have fit your spaceship, anyway. Unfortunately, we didn’t design [x] with you in mind.
